Yes. The Essential Plan is a 30-day subscription designed for first-timers — it's the lowest-commitment entry point. You get the full menu rotation, same delivery windows, and same quality as any other plan. There's no lock-in beyond the 30 days, and you can cancel individual days at any time through the app before the daily cut-off.

Both, plus more. The menu rotates daily through South Indian (rice, sambar, rasam, curries, kootu), North Indian (rotis, sabzis, dal), and occasional continental options. You'll never eat the same meal twice in the same week. The Standard Plan has 200+ recipes in rotation; the Essential Plan has a curated set of 50+ dishes. You can browse the current week's menu on the app before subscribing.

Yes. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available on the Standard Plan. Non-veg meals (including meat, egg, and paneer/mushroom options) are available as 'Super Meals' — up to 8 per week on the Standard Plan. You can set your dietary preference in the app. If you have specific requirements such as Jain or no-onion-garlic, contact us before subscribing so we can confirm what's available for your area.

Our production kitchen in Thoraipakkam is FSSAI-licensed and follows mandatory hygiene standards — food handlers wear hairnets and gloves at all times, work surfaces are sanitised daily, and we operate a dedicated facility (not a shared cloud kitchen). We use zero preservatives and no artificial colours. Meals are packed in 5-layer, food-grade, spill-proof containers designed for heat retention. See the Packaging page for details.

Breakfast arrives between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM. Lunch arrives between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM. Dinner arrives between 7:30 PM and 9:00 PM. Peak delivery for most OMR locations is at the earlier end of each window. Exact timing for your specific building is shown in the app once you set your delivery address. Office deliveries are weekdays only.

Your delivery partner will leave your meal at the door, with the security desk, or at the gate — depending on your building's access protocol. You can add a delivery note in the app (e.g. 'Leave at Flat 4B' or 'Hand to security'). For any missed delivery issues, contact support through the app.

Weekend delivery depends on your plan: the Standard Plan includes all 7 days (except confirmed holidays); the Office Lunch Plan covers weekdays only. On confirmed off-days, your subscription auto-pauses for that day and the amount is credited to your in-app wallet — you are never billed for days we don't deliver. Holiday schedules are announced in advance via the app.

We deliver across the OMR corridor, including Perungudi, Thoraipakkam, Karapakkam, Sholinganallur, Navalur, Siruseri, Padur, Semmancheri, and Velachery. We also deliver to major tech parks (Tidel Park, World Trade Center, DLF IT Park, RMZ Millenia, Ascendas IT Park, and more) and residential communities along the route. Plans start from ₹120 per day on the Standard Plan. Office Lunch plans start from ₹140 per day. Pricing is fixed — no surge pricing, no delivery fees for subscribed customers. The exact price depends on your meal combination (breakfast only, lunch + dinner, all three meals, etc.) and subscription duration. Yes, completely. Cancel any meal or day through the app before the daily cut-off time and the full amount for that slot is credited to your in-app wallet. There is no limit on how many days you can cancel. Wallet credits carry forward to your next subscription cycle with no expiry and no processing fees.

There is no long-term contract on any plan. You subscribe for a fixed duration (7, 30, or 60 days), pay upfront, and the subscription renews if you don't cancel before the cycle ends. If you cancel mid-period, the remaining balance is credited to your in-app wallet — not refunded to your card. Wallet credits carry forward with no expiry.

The Office Lunch Buddies plan lets up to 10 colleagues share a group subscription. One person coordinates the group, and every member earns ₹1 cashback per meal multiplied by the group size — so a group of 5 earns ₹5 per meal each, and a group of 10 earns ₹10 per meal each. Cashback is credited to the wallet monthly. Ideal for teams who want to eat together without daily individual orders.
